Tamworth Wind Band is holding an ‘Open Rehearsal’! If your clarinet, trumpet or flute has been sitting quietly in its case, whether for five days or five years, Tamworth Wind Band would love to welcome you.

Join us for our Open Rehearsal Evening on Tuesday 22nd September, 7:15–9pm, where you can sit in with the band, meet our players, and experience the friendly, supportive atmosphere that makes our community band special.

We welcome woodwind, brass, percussion and string bass players and whether you’re a confident performer or feeling a little rusty, you’ll find encouragement, laughter, and a wide mix of music, from film scores and musicals to classical favourites and even a piece we commissioned ourselves.

This year we’ve enjoyed a busy calendar, including a successful Play Day and a performance at the Tamworth Bandstand, with festive concerts and carolling still to come. There’s always something exciting on the horizon.
