Help to fundraise for mental health charity Mind this month!

This March, mental health charity Mind is inviting everyone to lace up their trainers and take on the 100 Miles in March challenge. Whether you walk, run, or wheel, this active challenge is a fantastic way to boost your physical and mental wellbeing while raising vital funds to support Mind’s work.
The goal is simple: cover 100 miles over the course of the month, averaging just over 3 miles a day. It’s a flexible challenge that can fit into your routine, whether you’re strolling in the park, jogging through your neighbourhood, or wheeling along a scenic route. Every mile you complete helps break down the stigma surrounding mental health and ensures Mind can continue providing life-changing support to those who need it.
Signing up is easy – just visit Mind’s website, register for the challenge, and set up a fundraising page. You’ll receive tips, encouragement, and a downloadable tracker to log your miles. Whether you’re taking part solo or as part of a team, every step counts.
So, why not challenge yourself this March? Push your limits, enjoy the fresh air, and make a real difference for mental health. Together, we can walk, run, or wheel towards a brighter future.
