Help Tamworth Guide Dogs raise money and win prizes!
Tamworth Guide Dog volunteers are enjoying another successful fundraising year thanks to the support of local businesses and the generosity of the general public.

The group aims to raise funds for this essential charity which supports people of all ages with sight loss and helps them to live the life they choose. The volunteers also undertake Meet and Greet sessions within the community and can offer talks about the work of Guide Dogs to local organisations – contact them on the email below if this is of interest to you.
On Friday 11th October they are hosting a Quiz night at Bolehall Swifts, Rene Road, Bolehall, B77 3NW. Doors open at 7.00pm for a 7.30 start. The cost is £3 per person with a maximum of 6 per team. There will be a cash prize for the winners and a separate raffle on the evening. The last Quiz night proved to be a very enjoyable and entertaining evening – don’t miss this chance to put your knowledge to the test.
If quizzing isn’t for you, but you’d like to know more about the group, please feel free to pop along to one of their monthly meetings which are held on the second Monday of the month at 10am at Bolehall Swifts.
Alternatively email them at: Guidedog.fundraising@gmail.com so they can tell you where their next event is being held. Or, check out the charity’s web site at www.guidedogs.org.uk
