Tamworth Ladies’ Choir are holding their Spring Concert on Saturday 24th May 2025 at St Editha’s Church, Tamworth.This will be their first concert since their annual Christmas concert and they are rehearsing hard to learn new songs for this concert.
The choir have been fortunate to have The Woodland Singers, a ladies’ choir from Rugby as special guests for the concert. Hilary Griffiths, the Tamworth Ladies’ Choir Musical Director, is also Musical Director of The Woodland Singers so she will have a very busy night conducting both choirs.
The programme will include a few songs that the choir have performed previously but there will be many songs which are new and being performed for the first time.
Both choirs will sing together in two sections of the concert and with over fifty ladies in full voice that should lift the roof off St Editha’s.

The choir has a wide repertoire of songs of a light nature and rehearse at St Peters Church and Community Centre, Hawksworth, Tamworth, B77 2HH on a Monday at 19.30. New members are always welcome, no audition is required.
