The local charity making a difference to Children in Need.

Tamworth based fundraising group, Simon's Heroes, aims to improve the quality of life and make a positive difference to local children in need.

Founded in 2013, the group has raised thousands through corporate sponsorship, fundraising events including family fun days, quiz nights, trail runs, galas and donations, to provide life enhancing aid to children with disabilities in the local community. The charity has also helped make dreams come true, funding treats and experiences for children and their families coping with debilitating illness.

Run entirely by a committed team of volunteers, Simon’s Heroes is powered by the generosity and dedication of its trustees and over 40 fellow members. These volunteers regularly contribute their time to organising events and raising awareness to generate funds that make

the charity’s work possible. Beyond fundraising, the group also offers its members the chance to build lasting friendships through social activities as well as weekly fitness sessions, run by qualified coaches.
